1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dream Riders services or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Rider Requirements

Riders must be at least 4 ft (48") to ride alone. Children under this height must ride with a parent or guardian. All riders must remain seated at all times. Maximum weight capacity is 250 lbs.

3. Release of Liability

All riders (or their parent/guardian) must sign a Release of Liability waiver before riding. By signing, you acknowledge the inherent risks and release Dream Riders from liability for injuries resulting from normal use of the equipment.

4. Ride Conduct

Riders must stay within designated riding zones in the mall. Riders may not enter stores or exit the mall. Bumping into other riders or pedestrians is strictly prohibited. Staff decisions regarding safety are final.

5. Payment & Refunds

Ride fees are non-refundable once the ride timer has started. Rates: 10 min/$10, 15 min/$15, 20 min/$20. Additional riders: $2. Excess minutes: $1/min.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dream Riders shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our rides beyond what is required by applicable law.
